How It Works

Every family and every pet is unique — and we honor that.

You’ll receive a 3–4 hour arrival window instead of a strict time, allowing real-world travel flexibility.
Appointments typically last 30–60 minutes per pet, giving us time to build trust, listen, and provide thorough care.
We move at your pet’s pace — taking time to understand their health, lifestyle, quirks, and comfort needs.
Minor delays may occur due to traffic, weather, or urgent cases — we’ll always communicate if your window shifts.
We kindly request 24-hour cancellation notice; late cancellations may incur a $70 travel fee.
